Plate and Sign Shears
Our Plate/Sign Shear is built for heavy-duty cutting of flat sheet material. Designed with a massive steel frame and precision-ground cutting blades, this machine handles:
- Mild steel up to 20mm thickness
- Stainless steel up to 12mm thickness
- Aluminum up to 25mm thickness
- Cutting widths from 1,000mm to 6,000mm
The blade gap is adjustable to 0.01mm precision, ensuring clean, burr-free cuts regardless of material type. The hydraulic system delivers consistent cutting force across the entire blade length — no more uneven cuts at the edges.
Blank Cutting Lines
For high-volume production, our Blank Cutting Line integrates decoiling, straightening, measuring, and cutting into a single automated system. Feed a coil of steel in one end, and precision-cut blanks come out the other — ready for stamping, bending, or welding.

Hydraulic Presses
Complementing our cutting systems, our Hydraulic Presses handle forming, stamping, drawing, and embossing operations. Available in capacities from 50 tonnes to 500 tonnes, these presses feature servo-hydraulic drives for precise speed and force control throughout the entire stroke.

- Blade metallurgy — We use premium tool steel (DIN 1.2379 / AISI D2) for our cutting blades, heat-treated to 60-62 HRC for maximum edge retention. Each blade is precision-ground to a surface finish of Ra 0.4 micrometers
- Frame rigidity — Our machine frames are stress-relieved after welding and precision-machined on large-format CNC boring mills. Zero flex means zero deviation in cut quality
- Safety systems — Light curtains, two-hand controls, emergency stops, and hydraulic holding valves ensure operator safety. All machines comply with EN 13985 (guillotine shears) and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Automation readiness — Every machine includes interfaces for PLC integration, allowing seamless connection to upstream and downstream equipment
